    Q- How long is shipping?

    A- Items can take between 1-3 weeks to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Sometimes it takes more time in custom clearance. If you order multiple items they may be packaged and shipped separately to speed up the shipping process.

    Q- What is your return and exchange policy?

    A- 10 day money back guarantee as long as the product is in its original packaging, with tags still attached.

    Q- I'm afraid to pay online, is this safe?

    A- It is 100% safe, in fact we don't even have access to your payment details. All payments are processed by a third party authorized payment processor. They use the latest generation encryption protocols and safety measures.

    Q- Are there any hidden charges?

    A- No what you see is what you pay. We are 100% transparent with our costs. We cover the product costs for the chokers and bracelets, but you will have to cover the shipping. The handling and shipping costs varies based on your location. To find out the exact shipping costs, you'll have to add products to your cart and go to checkout.

    Q- How to return an item?

    A- If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 10 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. We do apologize that we may reject returning of a certain item(s) or product(s) due to hygienic reason.

    Q- What are your payment options?

    A- We accept four types of major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

    Q- How do I redeem a discount code?

    A- Choose the item you want to order and then click "Place your order" button. You will then be transferred to our Customer Information page on the next page, fill-in the corresponding information needed. You will see a “Discount” field on the upper right most part of the page. You need to input the discount code and then click apply. You need to verify if the discount has been applied and is valid by seeing it applied on the breakdown listed below.

    Q- How can I track my order?

    A- A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email.
